Welcome
In June 2006, IJI set out to reorganize and initiate momentum in our state towards working together to promote judo in Illinois. Since June 2006, IJI has filled nearly all of its Board of Directors' positions by establishing most of the five District Delegates and key leadership positions on its Executive Committee--President, Vice President, Secretary, and Secretary. Further, we appointed numerous key committee chairs--Referee, Promotion, Junior Development, Tournament and Communications.

With 2008 on its way, we plan for the continued success of Judo in Illinois. We are off to a great start towards making IJI an all-inclusive, athlete-focused organization that is committed to promoting this great sport of judo. Please consider joining in this effort. We are committed to making Illinois Judo a top state organization, and we need you to get there.
